You can access MapChat using any standard web browser from your desktop or laptop.

No installation is required to use MapChat.

You can ask questions using most languages including Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Dutch, Arabic, etc. to chat with spatial data stored in English. If you need to chat with spatial data stored natively in languages other than English, please specify when submitting the your information or demo request.

Each person’s chat history is stored. When you log-on, your most recent chat is instantly available with a simply “show me my most recent query” question. This feature is particularly helpful when you are working periodically within MapChat and need workflow continuity between sessions.

No, the conversational memory is leveraged only to support your active conversation. It is purged as soon as you sign out of the application, or the connection is lost to the app.
